F.A.Q.- No. SPOREPOD products are available exclusively through our online store. Those products offered elsewhere
that look similar to the SPOREPOD syringe systems are NOT genuine SPOREPOD products. Competitor copies of our
products do not meet the high quality and standards that we guarantee.
What are spore syringes and live tissue culture syringes, and how do I use them?
F.A.Q.- Spore syringes are sterile, capped syringe systems filled with pure, live spores of your selected fungal specimen suspended in a liquid base. Spore syringes are used for storing and dispensing mushroom spores for the purpose of mycology research, identification, taxonomy and microscopy. Spore syringes can also be used to inoculate sterilized grain or other growing mediums in order to produce mycelium of the chosen mushroom strain. Each spore syringe is delivered with a sterile needle, alcohol swabs and gloves, ready for assembly and use. Live tissue culture syringes are sterile, capped syringe systems filled with pure, live tissue samples of your selected fungal specimens suspended in a liquid nutrient base. Live tissue culture syringes are used to store and dispense live mycology tissue samples for the purpose of mycology research, identification, taxonomy and microscopy. Like spore syringes, live tissue culture syringes can also be used to inoculate sterilized grain or other growing mediums in order to produce mycelium. Each tissue culture syringe is delivered with a sterile needle, alcohol swabs and gloves, ready for assembly and use.

F.A.Q.-The SPOREPOD edible and medicinal mushroom cultures can be cultivated using a variety of techniques.
SPOREPOD syringe systems can be used to inoculate pre-sterilized substrates and growing mediums in order to produce
mycelium for fruiting. Our edible and medicinal syringe systems are designed to work seamlessly with the mushroom
growing systems offered by MYGTECH.COM. When used with these growing systems, cultivation is easy, fun and fool-
proof. Each edible and medicinal mushroom strain has its own growing parameters and requirements. We recommend

Can I purchase Psilocybe spores for cultivation?
F.A.Q.- No. SPOREPOD Psilocybe spore specimens are sold for microscopy, research and identification purposes only.
The cultivation of Psilocybe mushrooms is illegal in Canada, the United States and many other countries. SPOREPOD
does not encourage or condone the cultivation of illegal mushroom species. Because we are committed to research and

What is the difference between the wet spore syringe and the SPS20 dry spore syringe system?
F.A.Q.- Wet spore syringe systems are filled with pure, fresh spore specimens suspended in a liquid base. They are ready for immediate assembly and use. Wet spore syringes need to be kept between 3 and 6 degrees celcius in order
to maintain optimal viability for use. Dry spore syringe systems are filled with pure dry spore specimens. They need to be reconstituted with the vial of sterile water before use. Our dry spore syringe systems are designed to store indefinitely without the need for temperature control or refrigeration to maintain optimal viability. It is recommended to keep all spore samples in a cool dark place. Dry spore syringes are the system of choice for those who wish to extend the storage potential of the spore specimens.
What is the best way to store my spore and live tissue culture specimens, and how long do they keep?
F.A.Q.- Wet spore syringes and live tissue culture syringes perform optimally when stored between 3 and 6 degrees celcius. They should remain unopened and be refrigerated until you plan to use them. For maximum viability and optimal research conditions, spore syringes should be used within 3 months of receipt and tissue culture syringes within 3 weeks of receipt. The SPS20 dry spore syringe systems do not require refrigeration, and should remain unopened until use. Dry spore syringes maintain optimal viability if stored in cool, dark, dry conditions. They remain viable and ready to research for an indefinite amount of time until reconstituted.
Can I order bulk quantities and do I get a discount for bulk purchasing?
F.A.Q.- Yes. SPOREPOD products are offered in bulk packages at a discount price. To order bulk quantities, select your

F.A.Q.- No. We don't ship our products outside of Canada and the United States. Shipping to the USA is limited to Edible and medicinal culture syringe kits.
Can you ship the SPOREPOD products to PO Boxes?
F.A.Q. - Yes. SPOREPOD products can be delivered to any valid address, including a PO Box. The address you specify
for shipping simply needs to be working address which includes a Name, Street address or PO Box, City, State/Province,
Postal/Zip code, and Country. We also require a valid phone number to contact you with shipping details.
How do you package and label your products?
F.A.Q.- All items are packed for maximum durability and product protection. We use only rigid boxes for maximum protection. We value discreet service and use only plain, neutral packaging to ship our products. No product labels, description of contents or invoices are displayed on the outside of the packaging. Only shipping and return addresses are displayed on the product package. Return address labels are written from I.M. Inc.

Orders placed with credit card generally ship within 2 days from the completion of your payment. Orders placed by money order generally ship within 3 days of receipt. Delivery time varies depending on your location and your chosen delivery method. Delivery tracking is included in your shipping confirmation email message. Items on backorder will be shipped immediately upon availability.
How do I know when my order has been shipped?
