5) You shall not resale Sporepod.com cultures/spore syringes/spore prints or any products made from these without written consent;
6) The resale of Sporepod.com cultures/spore syringes/spore prints in in vitro, spore syringe, spore print or spawn form is stricly prohibited.

Golden Mammoth is a Trademark of Sporepod.com and is protected by both registered and common law Trademark Law for exclusive use by Sporepod.com. Unauthoirized use of the strain and trademark name will be subject to penalty as laid out by Trademark infringement Policies.

There may be restrictions on the importation of live mushroom spores/cultures/mycelium to certain destinations; it is your responsibility to check with your local customs agents before placing an order. As a SPOREPOD customer, you are responsible for researching and fulfilling the requirements for importation of live mushroom spores/culture/mycelium into your country of residence. SPOREPOD.COM and it's parent company, bear no responsibility for the loss or damage of live spores/cultures/mycelium seized or detained due to missing or improper import permits or documentation. International orders returned to SPOREPOD.COM due to any circumstances other than defective merchandise or documented negligence on the part of SPOREPOD.COM, will not be refunded except at the sole discretion of SPOREPOD.COM.
